What we doJob opportunity: Contracts ExecutiveFebruary 25, 2010 Competitive salary (depending on experience) plus benefits & bonus Based at South Kensington Imperial Consultants provides expert consultancy, testing and project management services to industry and government in all sectors of science, engineering and medicine worldwide. We require an experienced and capable Contracts Executive to enhance the existing Contracts team. Practical experience of contract drafting, negotiation and contract management in an industrial or academic R&D context is essential, as the role will involve writing bespoke contracts and consortia agreements. A law degree would be useful, as would a science or business related qualification. You will be organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills. The ability to prioritise a busy workload is essential, as is the need to meet deadlines of varying time scales. You will be prepared to work flexibly, sometimes under pressure, and will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working within a team, using your initiative and taking personal responsibility. You must be an effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, as liaison with internal academic clients and external commercial organisations will form an important part of this role.
