Imperial Consultants provides expert consultancy and testing services to industry and government in all sectors of science, engineering and medicine worldwide. We have a position for an HR Manager to join our central administration team.

The successful candidate will provide advice, assistance and support to senior managers and to all members of staff on HR issues, develop HR and Company policies and procedures, and ensure they are adhered to. They will also input into developing company strategy and be involved in project managing cross-company and cross-Theme projects.  Ideally CIPD qualified, you will be organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills.  The ability to prioritise a busy workload is essential, as is the need to meet deadlines of varying time scales.  You will be dealing with a wide variety of people at all levels, so you must be an effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills. You will be prepared to work flexibly, sometimes under pressure.
