Paul Docx

Paul Docx has been the Managing Director of Imperial Consultants since founding it in 1990. He has been actively involved in technology transfer activities for the last twenty years in a number of capacities. Paul managed the industrial research contract portfolio at Imperial before moving on to help establish one of the UK’s first university technology transfer companies, Imperial Innovations, for patents, licenses and spin out companies. Victoria Kilcoyne

Vicky Kilcoyne, Imperial Consultants’ Business Services Director, is responsible for internal support systems, staff development and company policy.

With a BSc in Environmental Chemistry from the University of East Anglia, Vicky initially worked at AEA Technology in purchasing research and consultancy for oil rig safety. She then moved on to commercial contracts 'selling' research, consultancy and products in the technical products division and energy technology support unit.  Read more »

Rebecca Andrew

Rebecca Andrew

Rebecca Andrew leads the business development and marketing team for Imperial Consultants.

Rebecca joined Imperial Consultants in 2011 following commercial roles within both the private sector and academia.  Her previous roles include business to business sales and key account management for Felix Schoeller Imaging, bid management and commercial management for Unipart Group of Companies and business development for the Institute of Psychiatry at King’s College London. Paul Cray

Paul Cray is responsible for business development activities for consulting and knowledge transfer in natural sciences, environment and engineering.

Paul studied physics at Oxford before undertaking a PhD, sponsored by British Gas, in neutron scattering studies of gases in zeolites at Salford, and subsequently becoming a researcher in fluid acoustic and gas storage at the MoD’s Defence Evaluation and Research Agency. Read more »

Tatiana Schofield

Tatiana Schofield is responsible for business development and knowledge transfer activities in healthcare, technology and energy.

Since joining Imperial Consultants in 2006, Tatiana has been developing and leading multidisciplinary projects in healthcare, technology and innovation, working with international organisations, government and industrial clients.

Tatiana has extensive experience in international project development and implementation, business development and strategy gained from a career spanning business, academia and research. Read more »

Radu Rautiu

Radu Rautiu

Radu Rautiu leads the Project Management team and has extensive experience in consortium management of large inter-disciplinary teams as well as identifying, bidding and negotiating for multi-partner projects. 

He is overseeing the EU projects portfolio (FP7 projects, Intelliegent Energy projects) and collaborative consortia in industrial projects, such as Energy Technology Institute projects.  Read more »
